HYPE STUDIOS presents…

“Pump Up The Volume”

It’s that time again – RECITAL TIME! HYPE Studios will hold its fifth annual dance recital on Friday, November 19th at the Hermosa Beach Playhouse. We would love for everyone to participate. There will be cool dance routines, lighting effects, video screens and super-fun costumes!

Here is how it works. You pick the routines that you or your child will perform in. You may pick as little as one (1) routine or as many as your age group falls into. Once you commit to those routines, it is important that you attend those classes regularly in order to learn all of the choreography and formation changes. There will be a $100.00 registration fee for the first routine you sign up for and $50.00 for each additional routine thereafter. IF YOU SIGN UP BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15^TH, YOU CAN SAVE $25 ON YOUR FIRST ROUTINE. WE ARE, ALSO, OFFERING PAYMENT PLANS!! SO, THE EARLIER YOU REGISTAR THE MORE YOU CAN SPREAD OUT YOUR PAYMENTS. The recital fee will be used to cover part of the cost of putting on the recital. It will, also, include the cost of the costume for each routine you commit to. Each routine will have a different costume. Although the costumes have not been decided, we will try our best to keep each costume under the designated cost. Most of the costumes will be multiple use outfits, meaning you will be able to wear the outfits outside of the dance recital in your everyday life. Should we encounter a costume that exceeds the registration amount, we will get approval from everyone involved in that routine before moving forward with it.

Please fill out the Recital Registration Form and turn it in no later than October 16^rd, with the recital fee. Registration forms are available at the front desk.

We will also be taking pictures and putting together a program for the recital. For those of you interested, we will be selling Business Ads and/or “Congratulations/Shout Out” spots for the program. If you would like to be included in the Shout Out section, please indicate your ad size on the registration form. If you would like to take individual photos, please fill out the Photo Order form. Everyone should be prepared and present for the group photos, as it will appear in the program. More information on pictures will be posted closer to the photo date, which is on November 7^th. We also have professionally edited DVD’s of the show for sale. Please indicate your order on the registration form if you would like one.

We are so excited about the show. This is OUR show. We control the lighting, music, special effects and content that will surely prove to be an event like no other. This is not just another performance; it’s a
SHOW. We would be delighted to have you or your child as part of it!
