Hype is the BOMB. I had the pleasure of teaching a workshop at this studio through boogiezone. I love the differently decorated dance rooms, and how each of them have their own personality. I felt so at home and taken care of as a guest teacher here. I am excited to go back as a student and take some classes!

This class is really fun...they really help you out a lot if you don't get a certain move which I find is very helpful, even if you dont know how to dance I find that this class is very helpful no matter what.

HYPE is the best place in Torrance to dance. They offer lots of different styles to choose from. Pamela is my favorite contemporary teacher ever!

I've visited the classes with my friends and watched and it was great! I didnt know why I didnt try it out for myself, the dance instructors were really patient and helped out a lot if you didnt get an of the choreo. Basically it was a good and fun enviorment to be in.

But I've changed since I came to HYPE.

I go to HYPE every week twice... And it helps me out a lot...

Where else can an old white woman who hasnt danced for years learn hip-hop without feeling out of place? Or a 4-year old girl learn ballet while her mom studies belly dancing?

They even have cardio hip-hop for people 50+, with a teacher who won "Dance Machine" on ABC last year at the age of 63.

I've taken dance classes since I was a 4 year old. This school is great. It makes me want to keep coming back. And it is effective.

The atmosphere is friendly; staff is great; teachers are good dancers and instructors; and everyone is consistently happy and smiling.

HYPE is amazing! It has a variety of dance classes. My daughter had Pamela as a dance teacher. Pamela was extremely kind and experienced with dancing. The dance studio is also very tidy. The atmosphere is very clean. There are people of all ages participating and everyone is greeted nicely.
